NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-012595-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE DEFUSO; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PEGASUS CONNECTION ASSOCIATES, LLC D/B/A THE EDGE A FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE; WATERFORD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUCKLEBERRY FIELDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRAMBLE BLUFF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at 11:00 a.m. on November 4, 2019 at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
