NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19000420CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ELTHA ELYSEE; JORDANY CORMIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORDANY CORMIER; HOME SAVERS OF AMERICA I, LLC FKA HOME SAVERS OF AMERICA, LLC, TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISION OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006, KNOWN AS THE CORMIER FAMILY TRUST; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, Roger D.
