NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on August 6, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18000929CA , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC D/B/A IMORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and JASON BOWIE; ALLISON BOWIE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on November 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 56, 57, AND 58, AMENDED PLAT OF SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS AND ITS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 17-A THRU 17-D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
