NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of July, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000742, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and MARC MAILLOUX; LAURI S. MAILLOUX; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALEX BOUDROT; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SAVANNAH PERKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A DEBRA BOUDROT; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 N/K/A JACKSON PERKINS; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
