NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 3, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA003296CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and JAMES ARTIS DEEL III A/K/A JAMES DEEL A/K/A JAMES A. DEEL A/K/A JIM DEEL, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of November 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 20, Palm Cove Villas, Phase II, a condominium as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1089, Page 384 through 475, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 159 through 164, inclusive, and Condominium Book 18, Pages 110 through 116, inclusive, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
