NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No., 2017-CA-002024, in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HARBOR COMMUNITY BANK, as successor by merger to FIRST AMERICA BANK, as successor, by merger to MANATEE RIVER COMMUNITY BANK, is Plaintiff, and MARGARET V. MACIOLEK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET V. MACIOLEK, ELIZABETH A. SAGLIANO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH A. SAGLIANO, FRANK STEVE SAGLIANO, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
The clerk will sell the Property at a Public Sale to the “highest bidder,” for cash, on November 7, 2019, at an online public sale through www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. EST, in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 45.031 and the Judgment. Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Judgment.
The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property and who completes the sale in a timely fashion. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 9:00 a.m. EST on the day next business day following the sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
The following property (collectively the “Property”) located in Manatee County, Florida: Lots 13 and 14 and the South 20 feet of Lot 15, Block I, Bear's Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 324, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
