ALBERTS A/K/A SAMMY ALBERTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL M. ALBERTS A/K/A SAMMY ALBERTS; UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE FAMILY TRUST 1; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FAMILY TRUST 1; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DAYNITA REVOCABLE TRUST; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA are the Defendant(s).
