Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 4, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 6320, PHASE III, MEADOWCROFT SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1019, AT PAGE 1489, AND AS AMENDED BY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ADDING ADDITIONAL PHASES THERETO; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE PLAT OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, AT PAGE 96 AND AS AMENDED BY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT ADDING ADDITIONAL PHASES THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE RESPECTIVE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH CARPORT J.
and commonly known as: 6320 29TH AVE W, BRADENTON, FL 34209; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
