DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE1, is Plaintiff and DONNA GAROFALO; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of NOVEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 141, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE GG, UNIT 1, A/K/A GREENBROOK TERRACE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 46 THROUGH 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
