Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received a surface water permit application number 789277 from Publix Super Markets, Inc. c/o William Rayburn IV, at 3300 Publix Corporate Parkway Lakeland, FL 33811. Application was received on August 12, 2019. Proposed activity, previously approved under the permit number 44034314.003 (located on parcel ID number 232907000000043010) includes stormwater improvements which include a two (2) wet ponds, Pond 1 and Pond 2, and other associated stormwater conveyance infrastructure. The project's name is Publix County Line Rd. and is located on approximately 30.88 acres of land, located in Section 07, Township 29 South, Range 23 East, in Polk County. There are outstanding Florida wetlands within the project limits impact permitted under 44034314.003. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Southwest Florida Water Management District office located at 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6899. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
