Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received a surface water permit application number 789364 from Polk County c/o Gregory Hentschel, at 330 W. Church St, Bartow, FL. Application was received on August 14, 2019. Proposed activity includes stormwater improvements (located at the northeast corner of County Line Rd. and W. Pipkin Rd. on the east side of the County Line Rd. right-of-way) which includes reshaping the existing ditch system including linear ponds, and ditch blocks, and other associated stormwater conveyance infrastructure. There will also be additional impervious area in the form of turn lanes within the project location also. The project's name is County Line Rd. Publix Offsite and is located on approximately 2.0 acres of land, located in Section 07, Township 29 South, Range 23 East, in Polk County. There are no outstanding Florida wetlands within the project limits. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Southwest Florida Water Management District office located at 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6899. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice. If you wish to be notified of agency action or an opportunity to request an administrative hearing regarding the application, you must send a written request referencing the permit application number to the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Regulation Performance Management Department, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34604-6899 or submit your request through the District's website at www.watermatters.org.
