NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-004313 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION , is the Plaintiff and Reza Khoshnoodi, Tanya Khoshnoodi a/k/a Tonya Khoshnoodi, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Glen Eitenior, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the November 5, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
