NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-000189-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JAUREGUI, SANDRA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on October 31, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in COLLIER County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 273, INDIGO LAKES UNIT NO. 6, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
