NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Second Amended Summary Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, entered in this action on the 18th day of June, 2019, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph. D., Clerk of the Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 28, 2019 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 16 of Grand Oaks Phase 2, Unit 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 118 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Grand Oaks community at 4939 Trinidad Drive, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
