HEISER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION; WEDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUMS OF BEACON WOODS, INCORPORATED are the Defendant(s).
