COUGHLIN, Deceased, and CHRISTINE COUGHLIN, as surviving heir, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against him, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit No. 360, of HARBOR COVE, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 2977, Page 633, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and legall described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated herin by reference.
Mobile home on said premises identified as ID #SF14661F and Title #4963003.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements of record, zoning, applicable governmental regulations and taxes beginning with the year 2014.
Last Known Address for Defendants, PAUL A. COUGHLIN, if living, and if Deceased, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PAUL A. COUGHLIN, Deceased: 517 Clarion Place, North Port, Florida 34287.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiff HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., against you seeking to terminate a proprietary leasehold interest pursuant to the Association's Governing Documents, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or November 11, 2019; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
