NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 002105 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and LARRY RESNICK, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 353, SOUTHBAY YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 27 A THROUGH F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
