Notice is given that under a Consent Final Judgment dated October 1, 2019 in Case No. 2016-CA-004960 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which GUARANTY BANK, A DIVISION OF FIRST-CITIIZENS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and YEVGENIY V. STRELKOV A/K/A YEVGEN VALENTINOVICH STRELKOV, YUGENIY STRELKOV, YEVGEN STRELKOV; LILIYA STRELKOV A/K/A LILIYA V STRELKOV, LILIYA VASILEVNA STRELKOV, et. al, are Defendants; the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the subject property at public sale on November 12, 2019, to the highest bidder for cash at the Sarasota County Courthouse located at 2002 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34237, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com; the following described property set forth in the Consent Final Judgment:
Lot 6. Block 2478, FORTY-EIGHTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 5, 5A through 5R, inclusive, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner; as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
