NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Partial Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of October, 2019, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 403, Building 4, Phase 3, Vivaldi at Cost Del Lago Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4573, page 1641, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and more commonly referred to as 10740 Vivaldi Court, #403, Miromar Lakes, Florida 33913
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
