NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000154, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT WALKE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF ESTERO BOULEVARD AND CONNECTICUT AVENUE AT FORT MYERS BEACH, FLORIDA, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CONNECTICUT AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 103.8 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH ESTERO BOULEVARD 103.8 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH CONNECTICUT AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 250 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG THE SAME COURSE 68 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY AND PERPENDICULAR TO THE AFOREMENTIONED COURSE 108 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY EDGE OF MID ISLAND DRIVE; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH CONNECTICUT AVENUE 68 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 108 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THE SAME BEING LOT 17 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF MID ISLAND SUBDIVISION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
