NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001859 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Bernadette Samaritano; Beacon Square Homeowners Association, Inc. ; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 28 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
