NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002345 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTIE DUNN-TAYLOR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 39 & 40, Block 634, Unit 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 149 thru 173, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
