NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2019 in Case No. 19-CC-002739 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, is Plaintiff, and CINDY BEDAT STEIN, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on Nov. 6, 2019. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 18, SABAL SPRINGS GOLF AND RACQUET CLUB UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES74-82, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A/K/A: 17754 ACACIA DRIVE, NORTH FORT MYERS, FL 33917.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
