THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-HYB1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HYB1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CONDOMINIUMS AT BARLETTA ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A CONDOMINIUM II AT BARLETTA ASSOCIATION INC,; MICHAEL C. MORRIS A/K/A MICHAEL MORRIS; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 6 day of NOV, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
