THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERlES 2006-OC11 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CARMEN GARCIA; ANTONIO SALDANA RANGEL A/K/A ANTONIO RANGEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIO SALDANA RANGEL A/K/A ANTONIO RANGEL; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, RELATING TO HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE TRUST SERIES 2007-2 HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 25, BONITA FARMS #1, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA;THENCE RUN 185.02 FEET EAST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EAST 125.03 FEET; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET; THENCE RUNNING WEST 125.02 FEET; THENCE RUNNING SOUTH 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
