NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000683, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SERGIO A. RAMPEZZOTTI A/K/A SERGIO RAMPEZZOTTI; KIM E. RAMPEZZOTTI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; GATEWAY GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of NOV. 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, OF GATEWAY PHASE 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 61 THROUGH 72, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
