NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002509, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-20CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. CASSELL A/K/A WILLIAM E. CASSELL, JR.; THERESA L. CASSELL; COMMUNITY WEST BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of NOV 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1186, OF UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 63 TO 77, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
