NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment, entered 10-2-19 in Civil Case No. 362019CA002801A001CH of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TIAA, FSB, Plaintiff and Bettina Wiersma, Widow and Surviving Spouse of Gordon Wiersma, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on Nov. 4, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING 13, KINGS GREENS AT MAJESTIC, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3819, PAGE 4217, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
