NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment, entered 10-2-19 in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-002084 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Bernard Somers, Sr. a/k/a Bernard J. Somers are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on Nov. 6, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 3970, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 55, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92 THROUGH 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
