NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008968 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and DOROTHY L. LE CROY A/K/A DOROTHY LENORA LE CROY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 150.00 feet to the North 1080.00 feet to the East 100.75 feet to the West 687.75 feet of Government Lot 1 in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
