Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004408 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED
RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR3, is Plaintiff and Norbert Sawitzki; Kimberly Steele; Unknown Spouse of Norbert Sawitzki; Unknown Spouse of Kimberly Steele; Dogwood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
