NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-002790 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE3 is the Plaintiff and TOM E. HUGHES A/K/A TOM HUGHES; JOANN L. HUGHES A/K/A JOANN HUGHES are the Defendant(s).
