NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 25, 2019 and the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale entered October 2, 2019 in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2017-CA-4725, in which HLI Investments and Funding - Fund 2, LLC, as the Plaintiff, and EHT Real Estate Holdings, LLC; Eihab H. Tawfik,
M.D., P.A.; Eihab H. Tawfik; The Towers of Channelside Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; and Unknown Tenant #2, as Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendants to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, described as:
Condominium Unit 1902 - Tower 1, THE TOWERS OF CHANNELSIDE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements , according to the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for the Towers of Channelside recorded in Official Records Book 17865, Page 1336, together with the Declaration of Condominium for the Towers of Channelside, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 17865 Page 1491 and as affected by Declaration of Condominium for the Towers of Channelside RHC, a condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 17865 Page 1623, and as aforementioned documents are amended in Official Records Book 17988, Page 34, Official Records Book 17889, Page 423, and Official Records Book 18763, Page 1225, Together with any and all amendments attaching thereto and/or therefrom, of the public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
