LOT BEGINNING 25 FEET NORTH AND 540 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH 62 FEET, WEST 100 FEET, SOUTH 62 FEET, AND EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING WITHIN ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, Sara Collins, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before NOVEMBER 26TH 2019, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in The Business Observer (Hillsborough/Pasco) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
