NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-003619 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is Plaintiff and Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Gregory J. Gaarder, deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, trustees, or other claimants; SunTrust Bank; CitiFinancial; Dennis Kennith Gaarder; Helen Gaarder Mathis; Cynthia Gaarder Edgell; Wayne
Keith Gaarder; Brian Curtis Gaarder, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
