NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-000707 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WARREN A. FORREST, DECEASED; SANDRA BLACK-FLOOD A/K/A SANDRA L. BLACK-FLOOD; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on November 12, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
