NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-008366 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and RANDY MARK SINK are the Defendant(s).
