NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-002868 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and NABARI KOBATI; IFREEDOM DIRECT CORP.; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants.

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15, BLOCK 49 THENCE N 67°31 '23” W FOR A DISTANCE OF 101.42 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WOODMERE ROAD; THENCE N 00°00' 00” E ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF 64.93 FEET; THENCE S 67°31 '23”E FOR A DISTANCE OF 126.14 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14, BLOCK 49, THENCE S 22°22'41” W FOR A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
