YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, Heather Ridge Villas I Association, Inc., herein in the following described property:
Unit 2255, Building 6, HEATHER RIDGE VILLAS I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4769, Page 673, et seq., and as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 31, Page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2119 Evans Road, Dunedin, Florida, 34698
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10/28/2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
