NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-001266-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and CARL E. GRAHAM; KELLYME LLC;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of October, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 40 LESS THE WEST 19 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 41, BAYOU MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
