NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment Foreclosure or Order dated entered in Civil Case No. 14-007003-CI in Circuit Court of the Pinellas Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA21, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA21, Plaintiff and JOYCE L. DIDONATO; RONALD C. DIDONATO are Defendant(s), I, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court,, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on November 14, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
