NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2019, and entered in 18-003615-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RONALD MORGAN, DECEASED ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LAKEVIEW OF LARGO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; KERSTIN HARRINGTON ; KILLEEN MERRITT; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 6202, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANCES IN LAKEVIEW OF LARGO II, A CONDOMINIUM, LARGO, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO ITS DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, INCLUDING ALL EXHIBITS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4113 FROM PAGE 1658 TO PAGE 1710, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
