NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 23, 2019 in Civil Case No. 19-000471-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is Plaintiff and MARIA BORYS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of November, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DEL MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6769, PAGE 388, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6776, PAGE 1862 AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 26 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
