SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide new construction for a partnership middle school in conjunction with the YMCA
Scope of work: This project includes new construction of a YMCA and middle school located on the former site of Riviera Middle School. This innovative partnership between the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg and Pinellas County Schools includes a state-of-the-art YMCA and middle school shared space facility designed to meet both organizations' needs while exemplifying leadership through the core values of respect, responsibility, caring, and honesty. PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 60 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 90 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
