NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2019, Order Resetting Sale dated June 10, 2019 and Order Resetting Sale dated September 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-000719-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and KAREN STEWART, is the Defendant, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 30, 2019 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 70 AND THE NORTH 45 FEET OF LOT 71, GRAND VIEW TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
