LOT 3, BLOCK 25, THE VILLAGE AT BENTLEY PARK PHASE -1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 81 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
