LOT 3, BLOCK 25, THE VILLAGE AT BENTLEY PARK PHASE -1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 81 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 2463 Bentley Drive, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
