NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 16-004772-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSRPM Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Kathy L. Eden f/k/a Kathy Gripp a/k/a Kathy L. Gripp; Unknown Spouse of Kathy L. Eden f/k/a Kathy Gripp a/k/a Kathy L. Gripp; Unknown Tenant In Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 137, of THUNDERBIRD HILL SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 26. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
