NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, and entered in 18-002280-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOHN MICHAEL CORBIN; SHORE MARINER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 119, THE SHORE MARINER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 82, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGES 595 THROUGH 651, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
