NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 7th day of January, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
The South 1/2 of Lots 3 and 4, and all of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 86, First Addition to Pinellas Park, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 57, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Commercial Mortgage entered in Civil No. 17-003365-CI now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
