NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-002357-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Ownit Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and Joseph W. Jones a/k/a Joseph Jones; Unknown of Joseph W. Jones a/k/a Joseph Jones; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., nominee for Ownit Mortgage Solutions, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK C, CHARGANA RIDGE MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
